Privacy

This site does not use cookies, and it does not run analytics or tracking of any kind.

What this site collects

Nothing on its own. The server keeps standard request logs (address, time, page) for security. [Kept for: James to decide.]

The fonts load from Google Fonts, so Google sees the request. Google's privacy policy covers that.

The questionnaire

If you answer the questionnaire, your answers go to a Google Form in my Google Workspace account. I use them for one thing: to prepare our call and, if we go ahead, your setup.

If someone referred you with a code, the code goes into the form, so I know who to thank. Nothing else about the referral is collected.

I don't sell your answers, share them, or add you to a mailing list unless you ask to be added. [How long answers are kept: James to decide.] To see or delete what I have, email me and I will.

If you become a client

Your setup lives on your own computer and in accounts you own. I don't keep copies of your notes or files. Usage reports, if you agree to them, list categories of use only, and you read each one before it is sent.
